PEIFER, Owner CONSTRUCTION BY PEIFER , INC., Contractor : IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS : OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA 'NO. WHEREAS, ERIC C. PEIFER and JESSICA A. PEIFER, husband and wife, of 3640 Carlisle Road, Dover, Pennsylvania 17315, Owner, are about to contemporaneously herewith execute a contract with CONSTRUCTION BY PEIFER , 1NC., Contractor, with a principal place of business located at for the erection/renovations upon a lot of land situate and known as Lots 25-35, inclusive, West Beale Avenue, East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and which is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, this 14th day of August, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor, to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the Contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, to the Contractor paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-Contractor nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection/renovations to said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. Aut~orizdd O~ficer PeiferLegal ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at the northwest comer of a 15 feet wide alley and the northeast comer of Lot No. 25 on a Plan of Lots as laid out by Joseph Pyne and John Q. Addams as recorded in Plan Book 1, Page 17; thence along the north line of Roebuck Street, westwardly as shown on said Plan, a distance of 275 feet to the northwest comer of Lot No. 35 on said Plan to an unnamed 15 feet wide alley; thence in a southwardly direction along the east side of said unnamed alley and the west side of Lot No. 35 on said Plan, a distance of 150 feet to an unnamed 15 feet wide alley; thence eastwardly along the north side of said unnamed alley and continuing along the same line for a total distance of 275 feet to an unnamed alley and the southeast comer of Lot No. 25 on said Plan; thence northwardly along the east side of Lot No. 25 on said Plan for a total distance of 150 feet to the point of BEGINNING. BEING Lots Nos. 25 to 35, inclusive, on the aforesaid Plan of Lots. BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Wilmer C. Woodward and Marlin E. Woodward, by their deed dated March 2, 2001 and recorded March 6, 2001 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Peunsylvania, in Deed Book 0240, Page 0561, transferred and conveyed unto Eric C. Peifer and Jessica A. Peifer, husband and wife. SUBJECT TO A Deed of Dedication at Deed Book 0240, Page 0565. Exhibit "A"
