LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
WILLIAM R. STAMBACH
I, WILLIAM R. STAMBACH, of Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understand-
ing, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all
other wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
II.
I hereby give and bequeath the sum of five thousand
($5,000.00) dollars unto my mother, MARY DALTON STAMBACH, if she
survives me.
III.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether
real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, I hereby give,
devise and bequeath unto my wife, MILDRED C. STAMBACH, if she
survives me by a period of thirty days. If my said wife does not
survive me by a period of thirty days, then this gift to her shall
be divested, and I then give, devise and bequeath my entire estate
as follows:
A. One-half (1/2) unto my mother, MARY DALTON STAMBACH.
B. One-half (1/2) unto my wife's parents, EDWARD B.
ALLEN, SR. and LOUISE F. ALLEN, or if either has predeceased me,
then unto the survivor.
IV.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint EDWARD B. ALLEN
JR., as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament.

V.
No fiduciary acting under this Will shall be required to
post bond in this jurisdiction or in any jurisdiction in which he
may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, William R. Stambach, the Testator,
