PEARCE, of 315 Third Avenue, Be1mar, Monmouth County, New Jersey, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, but realizing the uncertainty of human life, do make, publish and declare this as my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as convenient after my decease. SECOND: I order and direct my Personal Representative hereinafter named to pay all inheritance, estate, succession and legacy taxes of whatsoever nature and kind, both state and federal, to which my Estate or the transfer of any property passing hereunder or otherwise passing by reason of my death may be subject and to charge such taxes as a part of the expenses of administration; it being my intention that none of the aforesaid taxes on any of the property required to be included in my gross estate under the provisions of any state or federal law now in force and effect or hereafter enacted shall be prorated among the persons :Interested in my Estate to whom such property is or may be transferred or to whom any benefit accrues. THIRD: For the purpose of administering my Estate, I hereby authorize and empower my Personal Representative hereinafter named, to sell any and all real estate and personal property which I may own at the time of my death, either at public or private sale, and to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver good and sufficient deeds or assurances of title therefor, free of all trusts and limitations and without liability on the part of the purchaser to see to the application of the purchase price. 0fi'l 4.,/ .3#,\1<_->> -. .' '. .. FOURIH: I give and bequeath unto MRS. HELEN BUCHANAN, wife of William Buchanan, of 202 North Boulevard, Be1mar, New Jersey, the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00), providing she survives me; and, in the event she predeceases me or we die simultaneously, this bequest shall lapse. FIFTH : I give and bequeath unto BONNIE TOMLINSON, daughter of Mrs. Helen Buchanan, of Belmar, New Jersey, the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00), providing she survives me; and, in the event she predeceases me or we die simultaneously, this bequest shall lapse. SIXTH: I give, devise and bequeath unto GERALDINE E. DAVIS, of 215 South River Street, Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, of every nature, kind and description, whether real, personal or mixed; and, in the event she pre- deceases me or we die simultaneously, then to her issue per stirpes and not per capita. SEVENTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint GERALDINE E. DAVIS, aforesaid, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
