I, SYLVIA M. BRETZ, of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland
and State of Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payaent of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after my death as may be convenient to my Executor hereinafter named.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise
and bequeath in equal shares, unto my three children, Clark Edward Bretz,
Isabell Walters and Natalie J. Titler.
3. I nominate and appoint my son, Clark Edward Bretz, to be Executor
of this, my Will. If my son, Clark Edward Bretz, does not survive me or is
unable or unwilling to act in this capacity, I nominate and appoint my
daughters, Isabell Walters and Natalie J. Titler to be Executrices of this,
my Will.
