Dear Mrs. Richard:
In reply to your inquiries dated May 2, 1979,
please be advised that we obtained a 60 dl:1y extension for
time to file the Federal Estate Tax Return on the above
noted and as soon as it is filed, a copy will be filed
with the Register of Wills of Cumberland County.
As to the olosing letter, we do not expect one
for at least three y~ars since the principal asset in this
estate consists of a .series of judgment notes, the last
of which will not be due for three years.
