Dear Mr. Anderson:
On this date, the Will of the late Harvey B.
Good was probated at your office. His son, Kenneth F.
Good, was named as Executor and qualified as such.
Since Kenneth F. Good is a native of Plattsburgh,
New York, he would be required to post a bond for payment
of taxes, or in lieu thereof, submit this letter of his
attorney guaranteeing payment of said taxes.
Please accept this letter as my guarantee for
the payment in full of all taxes to be assessed against
and due from the estate of Harvey B. Good, deceased.
