LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
MABEL W. SHULL
I, MABEL W. SHULL, of 106 Front Street, Marysville, Perry County,
Pennsylvania, do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament, revoking
any former Wills and Codicils made by me:
FIRST: I give my engagement ring to my daughter-in-law, Natalie R.
Shull, of Tonawanda, New York; my dinner ring with three (3) diamonds
and my large mink stole to my grand-daughter, Sandra E. Shull; and
my cedar chest and small mink stole to my sister, Esther White, of
Marysville, Pennsylvania. I give my furniture to my son, John D.
Shull, Jr. and my other tangible personal property to my sister,
Esther White, with complete confidence that they will carry out any
written instructions that I may leave among my personal effects as
to disposition of my tangible personal property. The gifts in Item
FIRST shall be free and clear of any death taxes, and my Executor is
authorized to make distribution to Sandra E. Shull whether or not she
is of age.
SECOND: I give the balance of my estate to my son, John D. Shull,
Jr. If my son, John D. Shull, Jr., does not survive me, I give the
balance of my estate to Keystone Trust Company, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to hold, manage, invest
and reinvest, for the following purposes:
(a) To pay in quarterly installments all the
income in such proportions as it may determine, in its
absolute discretion, changing such proportions from time

(b) In addition, my Trustee, in its absolute
discretion, may at any time invade the principal of this
trust to provide for the education, including higher

age of twenty-five (25) years I or when it becomes
impossible for such event to occur, this trust shall be
terminated and distribution made to my issue in such
proportions as my Trustee, in its absolute discretion,
may determine.

under which becomes distributable to a minor shall be held in trust

education, of such minor, and shall accumulate any unexpended
balance of income. Such amounts may be applied directly or may be
paid to the person with whom such minor resides, or who has the
care and control of such minor, without the intervention of a
guardian. My Trustee shall not be obliged to supervise or inquire
into the application of such amounts by such person, and the
receipt of such person shall be a complete release of my Trustee.
Should the share of a minor, in the sole opinion of my Trustee, be

should its admiriStration be or become impractical for any other
reason, my Trustee, in its sole discretion, may pay such share,
