Re: Estate of Mabel W. Shull, deceased
John D. Shull, Jr., Executor
Dear Mr. Anderson:
As you know, the Executor of the above-referenced Estate
is a nonresident of Pennsylvania. Your staff has indicated to us,
however, that our firm's guarantee of payment of the inheritance
taxes due and payable by this Estate will be accepted in lieu of
a corporate bond to secure Mr. Shull's payment of these taxes.
Therefore, please be advised that Keefer, Wood, Allen
and Rahal undertake to guarantee payment in full of all Pennsyl-
vania Transfer Inheritance Taxes that may be assessed against
the Estate of Mabel W. Shull, deceased, John D. Shull, Jr., Execu-
tor, at the time or times such taxes may become due and payable.
Very truly yours,
KEEFER, WOOD, ALLEN AND RAHAL
