Your staff has indicated to us, however, that our firm's guarantee of payment of the inheritance taxes due and payable by this Estate will be accepted in lieu of a corporate bond to secure Mr. Shull's payment of these taxes. Therefore, please be advised that Keefer, Wood, Allen and Rahal undertake to guarantee payment in full of all Pennsyl- vania Transfer Inheritance Taxes that may be assessed against the Estate of Mabel W.
