Please take notice that pursuant to the Rules of Civil Procedure, on Thursday, August
23, 2005, at 1 :30 P.M., Elizabeth Reinecker, daughter of Amanda McKee, by her attorney,
Wendy W eikal- Beauchat, Esquire, will take the oral deposition of Deanna L. Sawyer on all
matters involved in the above-captioned individual's care for the purpose of discovery and
for use as evidence. The deposition will be taken at the office of Beauchat & Beauchat, 63
W. High Street, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
You are requested to produce at the scheduled deposition the following: all
documentation in your possession and/or control in support of your claims to be Power of
Attorney for Mrs. McKee, any documents pertaining to Mrs. McKee's financial status and/
or payment of her bills.
