ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate in the Township of North Middleton, County of Cumberland and State of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described according to a Survey of D. P. Raffensperger, dated
September 26, 1960, as follows:
BEGINNING at a nail in the center of the public road known as Longs Gap Road, L. R.
21072, 918 feet south of Township Road T-647; thence by the center of said Longs Gap
Road, South 12 degrees 15 minutes East, a distance of 100 feet to a nail (erroneously
referenced as south twelve hundred feet to a nail in deed ofrecord); thence along lands now
or formerly of Walter E. Kitner, et UX, South 77 degrees 45 minutes West, a distance of 200
feet to a stake; thence by same, North 12 degrees 15 minutes West, a distance of 100 feet to
a nail in Locust tree; thence along lands now or formerly of Carl Lehman, North 77 degrees
45 minutes East, a distance of 200 feet to a nail in the center of the public road above
described and the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 20,000 square feet, more or less.
