Wbereas, Roman Maleszewski and Urszula Maleszewskl. hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute
contemporaneously with Roman Maleszewski of 1407 South Forge Road. Palmyra. PA 17078, hereinafter called the
Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as
Lot 21 Rich Valley Manor, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which Roman Maleszewski and
Urszula Maieszewski are the title holder of record. as more particularly described in Record Book
Page ; and
~o\:IJ, July 29, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract. and before any
authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to purchase
materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract and for the
consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor. any Sub,contractor or material man, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall file a
lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
{[bis stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24.1963. PL 497, as amended.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground, lying and situate in Silver Spring Township. Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. more particularly described in the Final Subdivision Plan of Rich Valley Manor prepared by Whittock-
Hartman and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in Plan Book 56, Page 36, as re-recorded in
Plan Book 57. Page 109.
BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern right-of-way line of Rich Valley Road. said point being referenced and located
the following two courses and distances from the intersection of the southwestern right-of-way line of Rich Valley and the
eastern right-of-way line of Northwatch Lane; (1) by a curve curving to the right. having a radius of 1.865.08 feet, an arc
length of 359.92 feet to a point; (2) South 44 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds East. a distance of 129.08 feet to a point, the
point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning along the southwestern right-of-way line Rich Valley Road South 44
degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 140.88 fete to a point; thence along said North 45 degrees 10 minutes
30 seconds East, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; thence along the same South 44 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds
East. a distance of 225.00 feet to a point at the property line between Lots #21 and #22 of the Final Subdivision Plan of 28
Lots Rich Valley Manor. Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania; thence along said property line of
Lots No. 21 and No. 22 South 40 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds West, a distance of 330.26 feet to a point at the property
line between Lots No. 21. 22, 25 and No. 26 of the aforementioned plan; thence along Lot No. 26 North 43 degrees 50
minutes 32 seconds West, a distance of 388.23 feet to a point at the property line between Lots No. 20. 21, and No. 26 of
the aforementioned plan; thence along Lot No. 20 North 45 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds East. a distance of 307.84
feet to a point. the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 120,813.66 square feet or 2.7735 acres.
