LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, HELEN M. KITZMILLER, of Newburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition, do hereby make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed,
whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved husband, DELBERT A.
KITZMILLER, absolutely.
THIRD. In the event my said husband predeceases me or is not living on the
60th day following my death, I then give, devise and bequeath my said estate
to my children in equal shares, on a per stirpes distribution basis.
FOURTH. I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, DELBERT A. KITZMILLER,
to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament; if he be unable to
fulfill the duties of Executor, I then nominate, constitute and appoint
JACK S. KITZMILLER, of R. D. 1, Newburg, Pennsylvania, and LEE D.
KITZMILLER, of R. D. 2, Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, to be
the Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
FIFTH. I direct that my personal representatives shall not be required to

give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in ~yjurisdiction.
SIXTH. In the event that the alternate Executors above named, serve as the
Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, I direct that they serve
without receiving an Executor's commission for serving in such capacity.
