SHARP, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses including all inheritance taxes that may be assessed against my estate be fully paid and satisfied out of my estate by my personal representative hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real and personal, whatsoever and wherever situate, unto my wife, Beatrice Sharp. THIRD. In the event my said wife, Beatrice Sharp, should predecease me or we should both die as the result of a common disaster, then in either of those events, I direct my personal representative hereinafter named to convert my entire estate, real and personal, whatsoever and wherever situate, into cash at either public or private sale or sales at the best price or prices obtainable in his discretion; and after my entire estate has been converted into cash, I give, devise and. bequeath the proceeds therefrom in equal shares unto my three children, or to their issue if any of them should predecease me. LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Beatrice Sharp, Executrix, of this my last will and testament. Should my said wife predecease me, renounce, resign, be unable to serve for any reason or should she die before my estate is fully administered, '': ~. then in any of those events, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Ronald G. Sharp, Executor, of this my last will and testament. I direct that my personal representative shall not be required to give any bond whatsoever in order to serve.
