Upon review of the Petition of the Trustee, and Successor Trustee, and recognizing
the Consent of the beneficiary to the requested authorization, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED

Wm. D. Schrack III, Esquire being appointed Successor Trustee because
of the death of Guy W. Deitch, Trustee.
Successor Trustee is authorized to sell the Trust Corpus real estate that is
known and municipally numbered as 177 Ridge Road, Carlisle, MOill'oe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the sum of Ninety-Five
Thousand Dollars ($95,000.00).
The proceeds thereof will be utilized to pay an existing Mortgage and
obligations of beneficiary, which total Seven Thousand Eight Hundred
Sixty-Eight Dollars ($7,868.00).
The net proceeds generated by that sale be retained by, or on behalf of the
Trustee, in escrow, and be utilized to facilitate the purchase of the
replacement property, which is to be acquired by beneficiary, Ellen G.
Duncan, and her daughter, Mary G. Duncan, and owned by them as Joint
Tenants with the Right of Survivorship, and that the acquisition and
expenditure may be completed without further Order of Court.

ORDER APPROVING TRUSTEE'S SALE
OF TRUST CORPUS REAL ESTATE
Upon review of the Petition of the Trustee, and recognizing the Consent of the
beneficiary to the requested authorization, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED
that:
1. Trustee is authorized to sell the Trust Corpus real estate that is known and
municipally numbered as 177 Ridge Road, Carlisle, Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the sum of Ninety-Five Thousand
Dollars ($95,000.00).
