Brenda L. Harris files this Petition for Citation addressed to Eddie D. Sharrah, Karen J. Sharrah
and Denise G. Bitzel to show cause why letters of administration should be revoked in the Estate of Doris
J. McDannell, deceased, and letters of administration should be amended and re-issued to Eddie D.
Sharrah, Karen J. Sharrah and Denise G. Bitzel as Co-Administrators, and in support of such Petition,
Petitioner avers that:
1. Decedent Doris J. McDannell died on July 9,2005, a resident of 290A Bull Valley Road, Aspers,
Pennsylvania.
2. On July 14, 2005, Letters of Administration were granted to Eddie D. Sharrah, Karen J. Sharrah
and Denise G. Bitzel and Brenda L. Harris to file No. 21-05-0632.
3. Petitioner, Brenda L. Harris, requests that she be removed as Administrator of the estate and letters
of administration be amended and re-issued to appoint Eddie D. Sharrah, Karen J. Sharrah and
Denise G. Bitzel, so the estate administration may be commenced. (See Attached)
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that Your Honorable Register of Wills issue a citation to Eddie
D. Sharrah, Karen J. Sharrah and Denise G. Bitzel to show cause why letters of administration should be
revoked in the Estate of Doris J. McDannell.
