BOND, of the Borough of New Cumberland, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by me. ITEM I. I hereby acknowledge that the following pieces of furniture, presently situate in my residence, were borrowed from my first cousin, once removed, VIRGINIA HERRMAN FETROW, and I direct my executor ~o return them to the said VIRGINIA HERRMAN FETROW at my death: green davenport, kitchen table with five chairs and pads, gold chair, reupholstered flower chair, tier table, two end tables, coffee table, floor lamp, the lamp now on the tier table, the large "Adda's" lamp now on the end table and the gold carpet frumthe third floor of my prior home. ITEM II. I bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars and my credenza to VIRGINIA HERRMAN FETROW, if she survives me. If the said VIRGINIA HERRMAN FETROW fails to survive me, I bequeath the sum of Five \) Hundred ($500.00) Dollars and my credenza to JANICE FETROW STEWART, if she survives me. ITEM III. I bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to MINERVA SNYDER BOND if she survives me. Should the said MINERVA SNYDER BOND fail to survive me, I bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to the issue of MINERVA SNYDER BOND, per stirpes, who survive me. ITEM IV. I bequeath my Moss rosebud tea set to my niece, ANNA BOND MILLER, if she survives me. ITEM V. ITEM VI. I bequeath my antique cameo ring, my antique cameo pin, and my sewing basket with the yellow and brown flowered lid to my niece, RUTH BOND BAYLESS, if she survives me. ITEM VII. I bequeath my diamond ring and my verti-mignon early American piano to my niece, DOROTHY BAUMEISTER DIEHL, if she survives me. If the said DOROTHY BAUMEISTER DIEHL fails to survive me, I bequeath my diamond ring and my verti-mignon early American piano to my grandniece, ABBY LYNN DIEHL, if she survives me. ITEM VIII. I bequeath my household goods, personal effects, jewelry and other tangible personalty of a like nature (not including cash or securities) that I have not heretofore specifically bequeathed to such of the following individuals as survive me: my brother, ALFRED G. BOND, VIRGINIA HERRMAN FETROW, and all of my nieces and nephews. Such property shall be divided among the above individuals as they may agree. ~ ITEM IX: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as follows: A. One-fifth thereof to MINERVA SNYDER BOND if she survives me and if she does not survive me her share shall be distributed in equal shares to such of her children, AnNA, RODNEY and ANNA, as survive me. Should any such child fail to survive me, such child's share shall be distributed to his or her issue, per stirpes as survive me and in default of such issue such child's share shall be added to the shares for the other named children or their issue. B. One-fifth thereof to my brother, ALFRED G. BOND, if he survives me. If the said ALFRED G. BOND fails to sur- LAW OFFICES vive me, his share shall be distributed to his daughter, STONE e. If the said MARGARET FISHER BOND fails to survive me, her share shall be distributed in equal shares to such of her children, J. RICHARD BOND and MELVIN C. BOND, as survive me. Should any such child fail to survive me, his share shall be distributed to his issue, per stirpes, who survive me and in default of such issue his share shall be added to the share of the other child or his issue. D. One-fifth thereof in equal shares to C. HOWARD FITZGERALD and JOHN ALFRED FITZGERALD. Should either of the above named individuals fail to survive me, his share shall be distributed to his issue, per stirpes, who survive me and in default of such issue, his share shall be added to the share for the other above named individual or his issue. ~ E. One-fifth thereof in equal shares to EILEEN BAUMEISTER t BARTHEL, BRADLEY W. BAUMEISTER, and DOROTHY BAUMEISTER DIEHL. Should any of the above named individuals fail to survive me, that individual's share shall be dis- tributed to his or her issue, per stirpes who survive me and in default of such issue, his or her share shall be added to the shares of the other above named individuals or their issue. ITEM X. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequenc of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ITEM XI. I appoint my brother, ALFRED G. BOND, executor of this L.AW OIl"FICES my last will. Should my brother, ALFRED G.
