lAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
FLORENCE MAGNELLI
I, FLORENCE MAGNELLI ,of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of
Cumberland and State of Permsylvania, being of sound mind, meJOOry and
t.U1derstanding, do make and publish this rrrj Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all will or wills by ne at anytime heretofore
made.
1. I direct rrrj Executor hereinafter named to pay all of rrrj
just debts and ft.U1eral expenses as soon as ccnveniently after rrrj decease.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of rrrj estate, real, perscnal and rni.xed,of whatsoever kind and
nature and wheresoever situate at the tine of rrrj decease to rrrj husband,
Mose Magnelli, to him, his heirs and assigns in fee simple estate ab-
solutely with the proviso, however, that he survive ne by the period of
thirty (30) days.
3. In the event rrrj husband, tbse Magnelli, should predecease
ne or fail to survive ne by the aforesaid thirty (30) day period, I then
,
give, devise and bequeath cne third (113) of rrrj estate to rrrj daughter,
Theresa Zinmennan, and two thirds (2/3) of rrrj estate to rrrj son, Albert
Magnelli, to them, their heirs and assigns in fee simple estate absolutely,
to share and share alike.
4. I naninate, ccnsti tute and appoint rrrj son, Albert Magnelli,
Executor of this rrrj Last Will and Testament.
