Home My WebLink About07-10-78 (2) LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHARLES K. ISETT I, CHARLES K. ISETT, of the Borough of Mechanics- burg, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa- ment, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. 2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, L. Frances Isett, to her own use and benefit absolutely. 3. In the event, however, that my said wife should predecease me or should die at about the same time as I do, such as in a~ldisaster common to both of us, I give, devise and bequeath my said estate to my daughters, Carol A. Ziegler and Mary A. Hoch, in equal shares. 4. LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, L. Frances Isett, to be the Executrix of this, my Last -1- '. Will and Testament. If she should predecease me, or for any other reason fail to qualify as such Executrix, I ap- point my daughters, Carol A. Ziegler and Mary A. Hoch, to be the Executrices in her place and stead.
