KRAMER, of Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses and all Inheritance and Estate Taxes as soon after my death as will be convenient to my Executor hereinafter named. SECOND: I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, Judy Ann Jackson, the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). THIRD: I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to each of my grandchildren, the children of Merle C. Kramer. Should any of my grandchildren be minors at the time of my death I appoint their father, Merle C. Kramer, to act as GU8rdian of the estate of such minor. FOURTH : I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Merle C. Kramer, or his heirs, my farm of one hundred two (102) acres, more or less, situate in Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, together with any and all farm equipment which I may own and which is located on the farm. FIFTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate at the time of my death, I give in equal shares to my son, Merle C. Kramer, and my daughter, Mary E. Wagner, or their heirs. LASTL Y: I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Merle C. Kramer, to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, without the necessity of filing bond in the State of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction. Should my son predecease me, or be unable to serve as Executor for any reason whatsoever, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Mary E.
