Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described as follows:

by lands formerly of John Mason Thrush, now or late of
David Reed; on the South by an alley; and on the West
by lands formerly of the Messiah Church, now or late
of William Kapp. Containing 40.0 feet in width in
front on said Turnpike Road, and 34.0 feet in width
in the rear along said alley, and having a depth of
188.0 feet, more or less.
Appraised for inheritance Tax purposes at $6,000.00 $
One Hundred Sixteen (116) $25.00 denomination, Series E,
U. S. Savings Bonds of various dates, having a value
on the date of death of $$4220.56

ecutrix of the Last Will and Testament of M. Lawrence Sadler, late of
the Township of Silver Spring, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsyl-
vania, who being duly sworn aooording to law deposes and states that she
is the Acoountant in the annexed Aooount and that said Acoount is true
and correot to the best of her knowledge, information and belief, and
that there are no unpaid creditors to be notified of this Acoount and
the day of proposed decree of confirmation has been given to all persons
who have any interest in thecstate as beneficiaries.

SCHEDULE OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
Suggestion is made, that the balance in hands of Accountant
for Distribution, to wit, the sum of $29,538.15, consisting of
decedent's real estate and cash, be made partly in kind and partly
in cash to decedent's niece, N. Jane Slonaker, absolutely, in accordance
with the provisions of item "2n of decedent's Last Will and Testament,
wherein he "gives, devises and bequeaths" his entire estate, real,
personal and mixed to said niece, and therefore Distribution is
proposed as follows:
IN KIND, to N. Jane Slonaker, decedent's neice,
ALL that certain House and Lot of Ground located
in the Village of New Kingstown, Township of
Silver Spring, County of Cumberland and State of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BOUNDED on the North by the Carlisle to Harris-
burg Turnpike; on the East by lands formerly of
John Mason Thrush, now or late of David Reed;
on the South by an alley; and on the West by
lands formerly of the Messiah Church, now or
late of William Kapp. Containing 40.0 feet
in width in front on said Turnpike Road, and
34.0 feet in width in the rear along said alley,
and having a depth of 188.0 feet, more or less.
HAVING thereon erected a single frame dwelling.
Valued for Estate and Inheritance Tax
purposes at $6,000.00. $ 6,000.00
IN CASH, to N. Jane Slonaker, decedent's niece,
the sum of $23,538.15, being the entire
balance of decedent's net distributable
estate.

State of Pennsylvania, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law,
deposes and states that the foregoing Schedule of Proposed Distribution
is true and correct and represents a correct Distribution of the net
assets of the Estate of M. Lawrence Sadler, deceased, and is made in
accordance with the provisions of said decedent's Last Will and
Testament and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, applicable
thereto.
