McClure, of the Village of Bowmansdale, Township of Upper Allen, County of Cumberland and state of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publich and declare this my last Will and Testament. 1. I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently done. 2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto my dear husband, Clifton McClure, absolutely and unconditionally. 3. In the event that my said husband should predecease me, or should he die within thirty (0) days from the date of my death, then in such event, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate unto my two children, to wit, Arlene A. Eppley and Lester E. HcClure, share and share alike. 4. For the purpose of facilitating the settlement of my estate, I further authorize, empower and direct my said Executor, hereinafter named, to sell any and all real estate which I may own at the time of my decease, at either public or private sale or sales, and to convey the same to the purchaser -1- .1) O,~r" ,;L', j ,,", ~~) or purchasers thereof, by good and sufficient deed or deeds in fee simple. Eppley, to be the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament in his place and stead, and I direct that she retain J.
