QUIN, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made. I. I direct the payments of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as may be convenient to my Executrix hereinafter named. II. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, FLORENCE P. QUIN, absolutely, if she survives me. III. I name, constitute and appoint my wife, FLORENCE P. QUIN, to be the Executrix of this, my Will. IV. If my wife, FLORENCE, shall fail to survive me, I dispose as follows: a. I give and bequeath unto my children living at the time of my death, to be divided among them as they shall agree, my Executor to represent any minors in the division, my household furniture, books, pictures, jewelry, silverware, automobiles, wearing apparel and all other articles of household or personal use or adornment. Any of such property to which a minor would thus become entitled which my Executor thinks unsuitable for such minor's use shall be sold and the proceeds added to my residuary estate, ear- marked for distribution to the minor in addition to his or her ultimate share of the residue. Any of such property to which a minor becomes entitled which is not sold may be delivered to the person with whom the minor resides or who has the care or control of him without bond, and the receipt of such person shall be a complete release of my Executor. b. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give, devise and bequeath unto DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY, in trust, Page 1 '~ {'V'~ 0 .,,~ li., .' ~Jl nevertheless, for the following uses and purposes: (1) To convert assets into cash or retain them in the form received when, in the discretion of the Trustee, such form shall be appropriate to the admin- istration of the trust, and to invest and keep invested the trust assets in investments selected in its sound discretion, exercising with respect thereto all the powers of administration accorded trustees by the Fiduciaries Act of Pennsylvania. (2) To apply the income and so much of the principal as it shall deem necessary, in its sole discretion, to the maintenance of my minor children and to their education through a four-year college course, payments for the education of a child to continue until he or she has completed or abandoned a four-year college course, regard- less of the attainment of majority. (3) When my youngest child attains the age of twenty-one (21) years the Trustee shall divide the fund into three equal parts or shares and shall dis- tribute one such part or share to each child who has completed a college course, retaining in the trust the portion of any child who has at that time not yet com- pleted such a course, until the child completes the course or attains the age of twenty-five (25) years, whichever first occurs. Should one of my children die during the period the trust is in effect to him, leaving issue to survive, the Trustee shall retain the share of such child in the trust for the benefit of the issue during their minority, with full discretionary powers of application of income and principal for the maintenance, support and education of the issue.. I name, constitute and appoint DAUPHIN DEPOSIT TRUST COMPANY to be the guardian of the estate of any minor beneficiary with full power to administer as such guardian assets not passing under this will, but becoming the property of a minor beneficiary as a result of my death and falling within one of the classes enumerated in Section 18 of the Wills Act of Pennsylvania. Not- withstanding this provision, I authorize the Trustee above set forth to make payments to or for the benefit of a minor beneficiary directly to the person or institution maintaining the minor or to the minor in person when appropriate in the discretion of the Trustee, without the intervention of the guardian. d.
