DORIS J. MORRISON, share and share alike.
FOuRTH. In the event that either or both my said daughters pre-
decease me, survivied by issue, I give,'devise and bequeath said
daughter's share to her children, absolutely.
FIFTH. In the event that any ,beneficiary of this my Last will
and Testament is a minor, I then, give, devise and bequeath said
: minor's share to THE PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF SHIPPENSBURG, as
Guardian, NEVERrl'IIELESS, to invest and re-invcst the same during
the minority of the said beneficiary with the following powers,
, addition to those already given a guardian by law:
A. The powor to expend t~e income towards ~he health,
supportan~ maintenance, and education, including
a college education, of the said minor.
B. The power to expend the principal, if the income
is insufficient within the discretion of the
