D. 2, Shippensburg, South Newton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all wills by me heretofore made. FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real,personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved husband, ORVILLE S. BAER, absolutely. , I THIRD. In the event that my said husband predeceases me or we die! as the result of a common disaster I then give, devise and be- queath my said estate to my two daughters, BETTY M. HOSFELT and DORIS J. MORRISON, share and share alike. FOURTH. In the event that either or both my said daughters pre- decease me, survivied by issue, I give, devise and bequeath said daughter's share to her children, absolutely. FIFTH. In the event that any beneficiary of this my Last will and Testament is a minor, I then give, devise and bequeath said minor's share to THE PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF SHIPPENSBURG, as Guardian, NEVERTHELESS, to invest and re-invest the same during the minority of the said beneficiary with the following powers, in addition to those already given a guardian by law: A. The power to expend the income towards the health, support and maintenance, and education, including a college education, of the said minor. B. The power to expend the principal, if the income is insufficient within the discretion of the WIL.L.IAM R.
