RUSSELL, a resident of the Township of Upper Mifflin, County of Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made. FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be conveniently done after my decease. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my automobile to Virginia Bumbaugh. THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath my farm tractor to Roger Russell. FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath my household goods to Virginia Bumbaugh and what she does not wish, the same is to be sold and become part of the residue of my estate. FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to Ernest Russell. SIXTH: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to Clyde Russell. SEVENTH: I hereby direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to convert my property (which has not been heretofore bequeathed ATTORNEYS AT LAW according to paragraphs two, three, four, five, and six), be it real, personal or mixed, into cash at public or private sale, and divide it according to paragraph eight. EIGHTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise and bequeath as follows: 1/5 to Louise Miller; 1/5 to Lester Russell; 1/5 to Raymond Russell; 1/5 to Edith Sturn; and 1/5 to the children of Clyde Russell: Virginia Bumbaugh, Barbara Bitner, and Gary Russell. NINTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Lester Russell to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. McCREA & McCREA NEWYILLE & SHIPPENSBURB PENNA. ~ ........ ".. ..
