BARR, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumber- land County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, hereby revoking any former Wills by me heretofore made, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner as follows: I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts, funeral and burial expenses as soon after my decease as practical, as well as all inheritance taxes, whether State or Federal, which may be assesed against my Estate, as part of the costs of administration. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever sort and wheresoever situate, to my daughter, Deborah Elaine Barr, absolutely. The interest of said beneficiary in principal or income received under the terms of this Will shall not be subject to assignment, alienation, pledge, attachment or the claims of creditors whatsoever. In the event that my said daughter, Deborah Elaine Barr, should leave no issue to survive, should predecease me or our deaths should occur simultaneously or as a result of common disaster, I direct my Executor to distribute the net residue of my estate as follows: I give and bequeath the remaining portion of my estate to my brothers and my sisters, if living as follows: . Mrs. Volna M. Weaver if living, otherwise Charles O. Barr, of Akron, Ohio if living, otherwise Mrs. Dorothy L. Hendry, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania if living, otherwise Mrs. Thelma E. Bridge, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. I nominate, constitute and appoint my said daughter, Deborah Elaine Barr, and the Commonwealth National Bank, Executors of this my last Will and Testament. I appoint the Commonwealth National Bank, Guardian of any property which passes to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a Guardian and have not otherwise done so. Such Guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor's maintenance, education and support. Such Guardian may also retain and invest such property and the income therefrom in any form of investment without being limited to legal investments. My Corporate Executor shall receive compensation for the performance of its functions hereunder in accordance with its Schedule of Fees in effect from time to time during the period which its services are performed. . ..
