I, ESTER A. OTSTOT, of the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumber-
land County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any and all Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as convenient to my Executor
hereinafter named.
2. I give and bequeath unto my husband, William J.
Otstot, my automobile, or automobiles, my household goods,
jewelry, recreational equipment and similar articles of tangible
personal property if he survives me. If my said husband fails
to survive me, I direct that any automobiles I may own at the
time of my death become a part of my residuary estate, and I give
and bequeath unto my Executrix my jewelry, recreational equipment,
household goods, clothing and tangible personal property with the
request that she distribute the same among such of my friends,
relatives, including herself, or organizations as she deems appro-
priate.
3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my husband, William J. Otstot, provided my said hus-
band survives me by sixty (60) days.
4. If my husband, William J. Otstot, predeceases me or
dies on or before the sixtieth (60th) day following my death, I
dispose of my estate as follows:
A. I direct my Executrix to convert into
cash any real estate of which I die seized and
distribute the proceeds as hereinafter set forth;

B. I give and bequeath unto my da:ughter,
Janie R. Baker, .one-half (1/2)of my estate;
C. I. give and bequeath the remaining one-
half (1/2) of my estate, in equal shares, unto
the children of my daughter, Janie R. Baker,
including any children born within ten (10) months
of the date of my death.
D. If my daughter, Janie R. Baker, is not
living at the time of my death, I. give and be-
queath my entire estate unto my son-in-law, Harold
z. Baker, and the children of my daughter, share
and share alike per capita, the children of any
deceased. grandchild to receive the share of the
parent by representation.
5. I appoint as Guardian of any beneficiary of my Will
who is a minor at the time of distribution of my estate, my
daughter, Janie R. Baker, if living, and, in case of the death
of my said daughter, my brother-in-law, James L. Otstot, of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
6. I authorize and empower the Guardian of any minor
beneficiary of this, my Will, to expend both income and princi-
pal of the share of such minor for his or her care, maintenance,
support and education at the discretion of the Guardian.
7. I name, constitute and appoint my husband, William J.
Otstot, to be the Executor of this, my Will. Should my said hus-
band fail to survive me, or fail for any reason to complete the
administration of my estate, I appoint my daughter ,Janie R. Baker,
to be the Executrix in his stead.

8. I direct .that any person named as fiduciary herein be
excused from entering .security as such in any jurisdiction in
which he or she may be called upon to act.

the witnesses whose names are signed to the foregoing instru-
ment, being duly qualified according to law, do depose and
say that we were present and saw the Testatrix sign and execute
the foregoi~g instrument as her Last Will and Testament; that
she signed willingly and that she executed it as her free and
voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed; that each
of us in the hearing and sight of the Testatrix signed the
Will as witnesses; and that to the best of our knowledge, the
Testatrix was at that time 18 or more years of age, of sound
mind and under no constraint or undue influence.
