I, DOROTHY MURDOCK, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and under-
standing, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and
testament at the same time revoking all wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND: I direct my executor hereinafter named to erect or cause to
be erected a suitable marker at my grave.
THIRD: I give and bequeath all of my tangible personal property which
is situated in the Todd Memorial Home, either in my room or in storage to my
brother and sister-in-law, Edwin and Margaret P. Murdock and my nieces, Alice
Murdock Martin and Edith Murdock Brown to be divided among them as they shall
mutually agree among themselves.
FOUR TH: I give and bequeath my entire residuary estate to my brother,
and sister-in-law, Edwin and Margaret P. Murdock, absolutely and if both of
them shall be deceased, then I give and bequeath the same to their two children,
Alice Murdock Martin and Edith Murdock Brown in equal shares, and if either
of them shall be deceased, then to their surviving issue per stirpes.
FIFTH: I appoint Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
as executor of this my last will and testament.
