This Petititioner wishes to change her name ~rmally to, Hannah Claire Weis for security reasons. The National Coalition Against Family Violence reccommended that I come to Penn. State to go through this final name and Socila Security change. The enclosed documents will explain my particular situation better. And even though it does not fit the usual per.amiters for time span of residency, since the Federal Government has given me .a new S.S. # as of this April, 2001, there is due cause for asking the Court to honour this request. I will be willing to provide the Judge will more information at the hearing, if necessary. Thank you for understanding. I have written a statement at the sheriff's office that has all of the information. 5 That the Petitioner is afraid of the Respondent and feels that there is an immediate and present danger of domestic abuse to her because: I feel that the only reason he wanted me to marry klm was that it was a business deal for him, then when he started talkin~ about how to plan the perfect murder, I realized that everything I had would be his if something happened to me, I became afraid. He then started makino~ it known to everyone even people in foreign countries that I had been through the Witness Protection Program. 6 The Petitioner request that the Court issue and Ex-Parte Temporary Order of Protection and upon final hearing issue a full Order of Protection with the following prov/sions: X Excluding the respondent from a shared residence or from the residence of the petkioner or victim.
