Stephen J. Reed now deceased, late of East Pennsboro Twp, Cumberland Cty,
Enola, PA; Therefore enclosed is a statement prepared by the Executrix
herein, who was also the joint owner of said parcel of land and mobile home
showing payments of $525, thereby reflecting an existing encumberance of
$775 as of the date of death. The balance on the mobile home was $5,869.90
(encumbered by Dauphin Deposit Bank & Trust Co., #412-10-01566) as per
xeroxed copy of attached letter.
Appraised value of this tract of land including mobile home $7,500.00 (as
per attached appraisal), less encumbered amount of $5,869.90 and $775.00 for
a total of $855.10 divided by 2 ( only t interest) = net worth of $427.55.
This is to certify that as of the date of death of ARTHUR L. NISSLEY,
there was a balance owed of $775 on the tract of land being purchased under
a sales agreement with Stephen and Vane Reed.

Dear Mrs. Bonner:
On June 2, 1978 you advised this Agency that Arthur Nissley had past
away on May 20, 1978 and that his Estate was to be handled by William
C. Kollas, Esquire of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania.
Subsequent contact with Mr. Kollas' office indicates that he is no
longer handling this matter. They were, however, unable to determine
who would be handling same.
I am, therefore, by this correspondence, requesting that you advise
the undersigned as to who will be handling this Estate.
In addition, in the event you are presently the personal representative
for said Estate or will be appointed as such in the immediate future,
this correspondence will act as formal notice to you of the Small
Business Administration's demand for payment of the balance due on the
loan obligation ($9,833.76 as of June 13, 1978) pursuant to the provisions
Title 31, United States Code, Subsection 191 which provides:
". . . whenever the Estate of any deceased debtor, in the
hands of the Executors or Administrators, is insufficient
to pay all the debts due from the deceased, the debts due
the United States shall be first satisfied..."

II and Betty E. Bonner, of the Township of East Pennsboro, County
1\ of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, Parties of the second

I WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for
\ the consideration hereinafter m.entioned and contained. agrees

11 their heirs and assigns, the following real estate:
ii ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land, situate in the
i!Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
'I along the west side of Tower Road, containing one (1) acre of
land.
I SAid exact legal description to be evidenced by a copy of
I' the Deed provided by the parties of the first part, and attached
llhereto, and recognized by both parties as a part hereof. Said
i(Agreement establishes that the parties of the second part are to
!! receive at least one (1) acre of land, but no less than one (1)
II acre of land upon consummation of subject Agreement.
il Subject acre of land at the present time is being used for

I! the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the balance of
iI One Thousand Three Hundred ($1,300) Dollars in monthly installmerts
liof Twenty-Five ($25) Dollars per month. Said monthly payments
11 to continue until the unpaid balance has been satisfied.

Upon complieance with the foregoing terms and conditions
: and payment of the said purchase price in full by the said parties
'of the second part, the said party of the first part will, at
their own proper cost and charge, make, execute and deliver to
the said parties of the second part, a good and sufficient Deed
i for the proper conveying and assuring of the same premises, in
ii fee simple, free from all encumbrances, dower and right of dower,
. such conveyance to contain the usual convenants of general war-
'! ranty. At the time the conveyance of title is made, each party
hereto shall pay one-half the total transfer taxes.
It is also agreed between the parties hereto that pos-
session of the said premises will be delivered to the said
parties of the second part on the day of the execution of this
Agreement.

The parties of the second part have the privilege of pay-
ing as much more than Twenty-Five ($25) Dollars required monthly
as they desire, and nothing contained in this Agreement is being
construed to limit them to subject amount.
It is understood and agreed that this Agreement of Sale
shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heris, executors,
administrators and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands
and seals the day and year first above written.
