MONIGHAN, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by me. Item I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. Item II. I devise and bequeath to my wife, BERTHA F. MONIGHAN, the right to live for the rest of her life, rent free, in whichever lot in the Six Links Trailer Park which she and I may occupy as of my death or any other lot which she may choose to occupy during her lifetime, all pursuant to her rights in a certain agreement dated 27 July 1970 by and between the said Six Links Partnership and my said wife. Item III. I devise and bequeath all the income due me and from and under my partnership share in the said Six Links Partnership and Six Links Trailer Park to my wife, BERTHA F. MONIGHAN, until such time as she shall remarry or voluntarily vacate her lot in and move away from the said Six Links Trailer Park. It is my express intention that my wife's right to my income share of said Partnership not be forfeited or terminated by her removal for health or other purposes but only by her voluntary removal. Item IV. Should my said wife remarry or voluntarily remove from the said Six Links Mobile Home Park, I devise and bequeath all the income of my partnership share and of my rights in and to the said Six Links Trailer Park to pass with my residuary estate. Item V. MILLER of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, provided each shall survive my death by sixty ( 60 ) days. Should either of my daughters predecease me or be deceased on the sixty-first day following my death, I devise and bequeath their share under this Item V of this my last will to their husbands and, should they or either of them predecease me or be deceased on the sixty-first day following my death leaving no husband surviving them, I devise and bequeath their share under this Item V of this my last will to such of their issue, per stirpes, as survive their death by sixty ( 60 ) days. Item VI. I devise and bequeath the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my wife, the said BERTHA F. MONIGHAN, provided she survive my death by sixty ( 60 ) days. Item VII. Should my wife predecease me or be deceased on the sixty-first day following my death, I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to be divided equally among my daughter, LILLIAN V. FLANNERY, my daughter, CAROLYN M. MILLER, and my wife's son, WILLIAM F. SPOON, of Oakland, New Jersey, provided they shall survive my death by sixty ( 60 ) days. Should any of the said Lillian V. Flannery, Carolyn M. Miller, or William F. Spoon predecease me or be deceased on the sixty-first day follwing my death, I devise and bequeath their share under this Item VII of this my last will to their surviving spouse, provided said surviving spouse shall survive my death by sixty ( 60 ) days.
