I, VNALDRA D. HOCKENBERRY, of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, do make and publish this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all my just
debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as conveniently may
be done after my death.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real and
personal, to my wife, Ethel M. Hockenberry.
3. If Ethel M. Hockenberry does not survive me, then I order and
direct my executrices, hereinafter named, to sell all of my property
real and personal, as soon as may be convenient after my decease, at
either public or private sale or sales, and the proceeds of such a
sale or sales, together with any money or its equivalent, after pay-
ment of debts, expenses, etc., I give and bequeath as follows:
To Sonya Geiger, Vnaldra Hockenberry, Jr., Bonnie L. Rose
and Sharyn L. Sturn, share and share alike.
4. I nominate and appoint Ethel M. Hockenberry as executrix of
this my last will and testament, without the posting of any bond.
Should she die before my death, renounce or refuse to serve for any
reason, or die leaving any of my estate unadministered, I nominate
and appoint Bonnie L. Rose and Sharyn L. Sturn as substitute execu-
trices, without bond, with the same powers as are given herein to my
executrix.
5. I direct my personal representative to retain the services
of Irwin, Irwin & Irwin, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as attorneys in the
settlement of my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
