DANIEL, widow, of the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills, codicils and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct my executrix, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as practicable after my decease all my just debts and the expenses of my last illness and burial. 2. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate - real, personal and mixed ~ unto my daughter, Edith Joan Bair, absolutely. 3. Should my said daughter predecease me, then and in that event I give, devise and bequeath all of my said estate unto my grand- children, C. William Bair and Johanna K. Bair, equally, share and share alike. 4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my dqughter, Edith Joan Bair, executrix of this my last will and Testament.
