EMANCIPATION PETITION
AND NOW, comes Travis Harper, by and through his Attorney, Jane Adams, Esquire,
and represents the following in support of his Petition.
I. Petitioner, Travis Harper, (hereinafter referred to as "Petitioner") is currently
seventeen (17) years old and was born December 6, 1987.
2. Petitioner's mother is Ellen Gallaher, who currently lives with Petitioner's step-father,
Shawn C. Gallaher, at 121 Pine Road, Mount Holly, Pennsylvania, 17013.
3, The whereabouts of Petitioner's natural father are unknown. Petitioner has not seen
him in at least fifteen (15) years.
4. Petitioner has lived on his own for approximately two years.
5. Petitioner has never been adjudicated dependent or delinquent.
6. Petitioner's mother is in agreement with this request.
7. Petitioner is requesting that he be emancipated in order that he might be able to rent
his own apartment.
8. Petitioner requests that the Court emancipate him.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests this Honorable Court to grant his empancipation.
