KNOW ALL MEN BY mESE PRESENTS, that Sherman Grove, Leon Grove, Frances E.
Kunkle, Aquilla Lick, and Darvin J. Grove, being the beneficiary of Sybilla E. Grove, acknowledge that
we have had and received of and from Frances E. Kunkle, Aquilla Lick, and Darvin J. Grove, Co-
Executors of the Estate of the said Sybilla E. Grove, deceased, funds due from the said estate as set forth
in the First and Final Account.
WHEREFORE, we do, by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the
said Frances E. Kunkle, Aquilla Lick, and Darvin J. Grove, their assigns, heirs, Executors, of the duties
of the trust imposed and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands
whatsoever for or by reason thereof.
