Petitioner's last name of Myers is the name of his mother and father who are now divorced and his mother will be resuming her prior maiden name of Schlessman. b. petitioner had emotionally painful experiences when growing up with his father and has shunned using the last name of Myers. c. petitioner would prefer to use the name of his mother and maternal grandparents with whom he has a close relationship. 6.
