I, LAWRENCE LEVI HAMACHER, of the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumber-
! land County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and
revoke any Will previously made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, in-
eluding my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall
be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my
decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my
estate.
II.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of my estate to my children, LAWRENCE LEVI HAMACHER, JR.
and JAMES A. HAMACHER, share and share alike.
III.
If any of my said children shall not be living at the time
of my death, I give, devise and bequeath the share of any such
deceased child to the issue of such child, if any, and in case of
no issue, then to my surviving child or children, in equal shares,
the issue of any deceased child to receive the share of the parent.
IV.
I appoint my children, LAWRENCE LEVI HAMACHER, JR. and JAMES
A. HAMACHER, Executors of this my Last Will. Should either of my
children, LAWRENCE LEVI HAMACHER, JR. or JAMES A. HAMACHER, fail
to qualify or cease to act as Executor, I appoint my child who sur-
vives me Executor of this, my Last Will.
