I, NICOLA SCARCHELLO, of the Borough of West Fairview, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
Wills by me at anytime heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses as soon after my death as may be convenient to my Executor
hereinafter named.
2. I give and devise unto my wife, Grace Marie Scarchello, for
and during the term of her natural life, or so long as she shall
remain my Widow, my double house, No. 525 and 523 Second Street,
West Fairview, Pennsylvania, provided she shall maintain said pro-
perty in as good repair as at present and pay all taxes and Municipal
assessments against the same.
3. Upon the death or remarriage of my said wife, or in the
event that she shall fail to keep sl3i d property in repair or to pay
the taxes and Municipal assessments against the same, I direct my
Executor hereinafter named to sell an d convert sal d property into
cash and to distribute the proceeds thereof as a part of the residue
of my estate.
4. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, including
the proceeds of the s~e and conversion of my real estate as afore-
said, I give, devise and bequeath unto my children, Dominick J. Scar-
chello, of West Fairview, Pennsylvania, Nellie C. Cappelli, of Her-
shey, Pennsylvania, and Mary J. Pugliese, of Coral Gables, Florida,
share and share alike. If any of my said children shall predecease
me leaving no issue to survive, I give the share of such child to
my surviving children and the issue of any child who may be deceased
leaving issue.
5. I name, constitute and appoint my son, Dominick J. Scarchello,
to be the Executor of this my Will, giving to him full power and
authority to sell and convert into cash any and all real estate of
which I may die seized.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, GRAZIA SCARCHELLO, ALSO KNOWN
AS MARY SCARCHELLO, ALSO KNOWN AS MARIA GRACE SCARCHELLO, Widow
of the said Nichola Scarchello, a/k/a Nick Scarchello, a/k/a
Nick Scachello, do hereby claim my elective share of the
property of the Decedent to the extent I have the right to do
so under Chapter 22 of the PrObate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code.
