STATEMENT OF REASONS
The Will devised a life estate in real estate to decedent's widow.
The real estate had been conveyed during decedent's lifetime and the
devise adeemed. The Will names the above three children as residuary
legatees.

this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereb7 revaking an7 and all

assessments against the same.
3. Upon the death ar remarriage af my .aid wife, or in the
event that she shall fail to. keep sa! d prapert7 in repair ar to. pa7
the taxes and Municipal assessments against the same, I dir~ct my
Executar hereinafter named to sell and canvert said propert7 into.
cash and to distribute the proceeds thereat as a part af the residue
at my estate.
4. All the rest, residue and remaind.r at my estate, including
the praceeds af the s&e and canversian of ~ real estate as afare-
said, I give, devise and bequeath unto. my children, Daminick J. Scar-
ehella, of West Fairvi.w, Pennsylvania, N.llle C. Cappelli, af Her-

share and share alike. If any at my said Children shall predecease
