I; LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, LULA GRACE VARNER, of Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understand- ing, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former wills by me heretofore made. FIRST. I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease, and I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expenses of administration of my estate, I further direct that my said Executor shall expend such monies as are necessary for the placing of perpetual care upon the graves of my father and mother, NEWTON and SARAH COY, in the event I have not provided for the same in my lifetime. SECOND. Inasmuch as the following personal items, to wit: Martha Washington statue, Amber Girl statue, Amber soap dish, Girl in Boat-Green and matchbox and basket and locked trunk on second floor of my residence are the property of my niece, DORIS RUTH, I make no disposition of the same herein, and I direct that my Executor shall deliver the aforesaid personal property to my said niece, DORIS RUTH, after my decease. THIRD. I give and bequeath to my niece, SHIRLEY SHIELDS, my 22 carat gold set of dishes - 100 pieces. FOURTH. I give and bequeath to my husband's brother, HARRY VARNER, the china dish that contains the war record of my deceased husband, Fred Varner. FIFTH. I give and bequeath to my neighbor, MRS.
