Dear Mr. Shetron:
Our bank serves as co-executor in the Estate of Hilton A. Russell,
theEstate file number 21-78-408, who died on July 16, 1978. Please be
advised that it is the Estate's intention to pay the Pennsylvania
Inheritance tax on all present and future interests in the above estate
at this time at the rate of 6%. We have made the following payments on
the Pennsylvania Inheritance tax.
October 10, 1978 - $18,000.00
April 11,1979 - $6,511.19
We would appreciate if you would review the Inventory of 8ppraisement
and Statement of Debts and Deductions in the above estate; and if any
additional tax is due, please advise us and we will see that you receive
payment for the same.
