tangible personal property, including any automobiles, together with policies
of insurance thereon, providing she is living thirty days after my death. If
my said wife does not survive me, or dies within the thirty-day period, I give
such property to my children living at the time of my death to be divided among
them as they may agree, but, in the event no agreement is reached, the same shall

this to be my last Will hereby revoking all prior Wills and Codicils.
FIRS'!': I direct that all my Just debts. including expenses ot my
tuneral and last illness, be paid tram my general estate as a part ot the cost ot
administration as soon after my decease as practicable.
SECOND: A. I give and bequeath to my wite, DOROTHY O. RUSSELL, allot
my tangible personal property, including any automobiles, together with policies
ot insurance thereon, providing she is living thirty days after my death. It my
said vite does not survive me, or dies within the thirty-day period, I give such
property to my children living at the tille of my death to. be divided among them
as they may agree, but, in the event no agreement is reached, the same shall be
divided as my Executors shall determine.
B. I give and bequeath unto my secretary, MARGARF.'!' AGLE. U"
BUIll ot Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), it shlt is in my employ at the time of

to act as Co-Executor or Co-Trustee, I appoint PHILIP C. HERR to act as such in
her place. I waive the r.equlrement ot any bond or other security in any
Jurisdiction.
My wite, DOROTHY O. RUSSELL, shall not participate in any discretionary
decision relating to he~ right in or to income.or principal or the division of
tangible personal property,.or in "any determination of her capacity, in which
cases the decision of corporate Trustee shall alone control.
SEVENTH: My corporate fiduciary shall be entitled to compensation for
its BerYices hereunder in accordance with its Standard SChedule of Charges
currently in eftect at the time its services are called upon, and trom time to
time during the period over which such services are pertormed. My individual
Executor. other than ~ wife. shall receive c~pensation equal to one-third of
the corporate tiduciary compensation.
EIGHTH: In addition to the powers above provided for, and those given
by law, my Executors anq. Trustees, without any order of court and in its sole
discretion. ~:
A. Retain any property and invest and reinvest in any property including
by way ot illustration and not of limitation, caDlllon stocks up to
. one hundred percent ot my estate or any following trusts, any common
or diversified trust tunds maintained by or stock of the PEOPLES
RATIOBAL BANK OF SHIPPERSBURG.
B. .Keep reasonable ..ounts ot cash in bank uninvested.
c. Purchase investments at premiums and charge premi\lllls to income or
principal orpart~ to each.
D. Subscribe tor stocks, bonds or other investments; exercise any stock
option or similar right; Join in any plan of lease, mortgage, merger,

sales or exchanges.
I. Borrovmoney tram any person, including any Executor or Trustee and
mOrtgage or pledge any property.
J. Compromise cla~ms including any questions relating to any policy of
life insurance. However, my fiduciary 'need not institute litigation
to collect any policy unless it is reasonably indemnified for costs,
counsel tees and other expenses of. such litigation.
K. Use. expense. and losses as deductions tor federal income tax or estate
.tax purpos,s. or partly tor each, as it shall deem advisable , without
adjustments between income and principal in consequence of such discretion.

M. Exercise all power, authority and discretion given by this Will after ter-
mination of any trust created herein until the same is fully distributed.
