LAST WILL AND TESTAMliliT
I, Herman F. Anstett, of 2020 Bellevue Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking am declaring void all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I hereby direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to payout of my estate
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever kim and
wheresoever situate, be it real, personal, or mixed, remaining after payment of
my just debts and funeral expenses, I give, devise and bequeath absolutely am in
fee unto my beloved wife, Mary L. Anstett, of 2020 Bellevue Road, Harrisburg, Pa.
Provided, nevertheless, that should my wife precede me in death, then I give, de-
vise and bequeath such remainder of rn::r estate, in equal sharest. to my son, Garl
Leighton Anstett (now 21 years of age), and my da\ighter, Mary Jean Ahstet't; (now
13 years of age), their heirs am assigns forever.
Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Mary L. Anstett,
to be the Executtix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that she should
precede me in death, I thereupon appoint my son, Carl Leighton Anstett, to be the
Executor.
In Witness of this my last Will and Testament, I have hereunto affixed
my ham and seal this 22nd day of May, A. D., 1962, in the City of Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
