presentation of the foregoing Petition and
James R. Humer, Esquire, Attorney for Petitioner, in accordance
with the provisions of Section 3102 of the Decedents, Estates
and Fiduciaries Code as amended 1974, 20 Pa. C.S.A. 3102, it is
ordered, adjudged and decreed that the following shares of stock
shall be set over to Rena L. Burkholder on account of her family
exemption and as reimbursement for funeral expenses paid for said
decedent:
37 Sh. UGI Common @ $19.75 per share
50 Sh. Delta Trend Fund, Inc. Common @ $6/share

PETITION TO SETTLE A SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Rena L. Burkholder, pursuant to Section
3102 of the Decedents,Estates and Fiduciaries Code as amended
1974, 20 Pa. C.S.A., 3102 respectfully represents:
1. The decedent, Samuel J. Burkholder, died May 29, 1978,
a resident of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, his
precise residence being R. D. 4, Box 96, Newville, PA 17241.
2. The name of your petitioner is Rena L. Burkholder,
R. D. 4, Box 96, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241, the wife of the
decedent and a member of the decedentts household at the date of
his death.
3. Your petitioner was married to Samuel J. Burkholder
on June 8, 1931, at Hagerstown, Maryland.
4. The decedent died intestate and no letters have been
granted on his estate nor any bond given by a personal representa-
tive.
5. The names and relationships and interests of all persons
entitled to share in the decedent's estate under the Intestate Law
of Pennsylvania are your Petitioner, Rena L. Burkholder, as
decedent's surviving spouse and Naomi B. Helman, decedentts
daughter of R. D. 4, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, both of whom
are of legal age and sui juris.
6. Your Petitioner, Rena L. Burkholder, is entitled to
the family exemption as the surviving spouse of the decedent and
a person who resided in the same household as the decedent from the
date of her marriage until the date of decedentts death.

7. The property of the decedent consisted of the following
shares of stock:
37 shares UGI Common Stock
@ $19.75 per share
50 shares Delta Trend Fund, Inc. Common
@$6.00 per share

8. The disbursements made prior to the filing of this
Petition are:

$1801.00
9. There are no unpaid claimants of whom the Petitioner
has any notice or knowledge.
10. That a schedule of assets and deductions for inheri-
tance tax purposes has been filed with the Register of Wills and
that no inheritance tax is due thereon.
11. That ten (10) days written notice of intention to
present this Petition is unnecessary because the only other heir
or claimant has assented to this Petition and waived ten (10) day
notice.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays for an Order of Court
setting aside the above shares of stock to her on account of
her family exemption and as reimbursement to her of payment of
decedentts funeral expenses.
And she will ever pray, etc.
