LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
CLYDE R. WOLLET SR.

I, CLYDE R. WOLLET SR., of the Borough of Lemoyne,
County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being
of sound mind, memory and understanding, hereby make, publish
and declare this my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills and Codicils thereto here-
tofore made by me.
ITEM I, I direct that my funeral be conducted in
a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life,
and that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid
and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease. I further direct that my burial be in the Rolling
Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
on the lots which I own.
ITEM II. ~ll the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath
unto my children, CLYDE R. WOLLET JR., AND LOLA B. BALDWIN,
in equal shares, to share and share alike, providing however
that he or she survive me by thirty (30) days. In the event
either of said children fail to survive me as after said then
I give his or her share to his or her children then surviving.
ITEM III. I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint

CLYDE R. WOLLET JR., and LOLA B. BALDWIN, as Co-Executors
of this, my Last will and Testament. In the event that one
or the other fail to qualify or is unable and unwilling to
qualify and act and continue to act as a Co-Executor, then
I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint the other Co-
Executor as Executor of this, my Last will and Testament.

of Clyde R. Wollet, Sr., dated September 17, 1973, who died on

executrix and request that you grant letters testimentary on
his estate to Clyde R. Wollet, Jr., also named as co-executor
