DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
AND NOW, to wit: this 'i~ day of I~~... r , 1978,
upon presentation of the Petition of Carl H. Anderson, through
his attorney, William A. Duncan, for the distribution of assets
in the Estate of Vera M. Anderson, under and pursuant to Section
3102 of the Probate, Estate and Fiduciaries Code, Act of 1972,
it is hereby ordered and decreed that the following assets be
distributed to Carl H. Anderson, surviving spouse of Vera M.
Anderson, in partial satisfaction of the family exemption to
which Carl H. Anderson is entitled:
(a) Savings Account No. 2-00846-6 at Farmers Trust
Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with a balance
as of August 1, 1978 of $3,009.57 plus $22.63
accrued interest.
(b) Christmas Club No. G-2474 at Farmers Trust Company
of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with a paid-up value
of $240.00.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Carl H. Anderson be, and he is
hereby authorized to execute as agent for the estate of Vera M.
Anderson, all instruments necessary to transfer, assign or
liquidate the assets of the estate of Vera M. Anderson, for the
purpose of making transfer or distribution to Carl H. Anderson.

COURT DIVISION, COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA: '
Your Petitioner, CARL H. ANDERSON, through his attorney,
William A. Duncan, Esquire, respectfully represents th~ followin
matters:
1. Vera M. Anderson died intestate on April 17, 1978,
residing and domiciled at 121 Willow View Drive, Middlesex
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The Petitioner, husband of the decedent, resides at
121 Willow View Drive, Middlesex Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
3. The decedent died intestate leaving to survive her a
spouse, Carl H. Anderson, your petitioner, two a.dult children,
Pamela Kay Anderson and Karen Jean Anderson, and two minor
children, Alan Carl Anderson and Brian John Anderson, all of
the above mentioned address.
4. The undistributed assets of the decedent~s probate
estate are as follows;
(a) Savings Account No. 2-00846-6 at Farmers Trust
Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with a balance
as of August 1, 1978 of $3,009.57 plus $22.63
accrued interest.
(b) Christmas Club No. G-2474 at Farmers Trust Company
of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with a paid-up value
of $240.00

5. All other property owned by the decedent was held
jointly with your Petitioner, her spouse. All assets identified
in this petition total $3,272.20, which is less than the limit
of $10,000.00.
6. The obligations of the decedent, all of which will be
paid in full by your Petitioner upon a decree of distribution
are as follows:
Hoffman Funeral Home for funeral services
$1,523.40
William A. Duncan, Esquire for legal services
involved in the preparation of this petition,
preparation of the inheritance tax reporting
form, and statement of debts and deductions
$ 150.00
7. The deceased at the time of her death, resided with
her family at 121 Willow View Drive, Middlesex Township, Cumberl nd
County, Pennsylvania, and your petitioner believes and avers tha
your Petitioner is entitled to be paid the family exemption.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests this
Honorable Court to enter a decree of distribution, awarding all
assets of the probate estate of the deceased to Carl H. Anderson
in partial satisfaction of the family exemption payable to Carl
H. Anderson and to designate your petitioner as agent for the
Estate of Vera M. Anderson for the purpose of assigning and
transferring legal title to the within assets to Carl H. Anderso

We, PAMELA KAY ANDERSON, KAREN JEAN ANDERSON, ALAN CARL
ANDERSON, and BRIAN JOHN ANDERSON, being the four children
of Vera M. Anderson, identified in the Petition to which this
affidavit is attached, do acknowledge that we have read the
within Petition and do hereby waive any claim or right which we
may have to share in any of the assets of the estate of Vera M.
Anderson and do hereby consent to the distribution of the assets
identified in the attached Petition to Carl H. Anderson in
partial satisfaction of his claim for family exemption.
