I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses including all inheritance taxes be fully paid and satisfied out of my estate by my executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. I direct my executors hereinafter named to convert my entire estate, real and personal, whatsoever and wherever situate, into cash at either public or private sale or sales at the best price or prices obtainable in their discretion if it is desirable that my estate be converted into cash.
