LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, GEORGE E. BOLLINGER, of South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former
Wills or Codicils by me made.
1.
I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary
expenses shall be paid as soon after my death as possible from
the residuary of my estate.
2.
I give the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars unto
GRACE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, Pomfret and West Streets,
Carlisle, Pa.
3.
I give unto each of my nephews, LARRY BOLLINGER, GERALD
BOLLINGER, JAY BOLLINGER and DUANE BOLLINGER, the sum of One
Thousand ($I,OOO.OO) Dollars.
4.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
real and personal property, I give, devise and bequeath unto
my wife, M. VIRGINIA BOLLINGER, absolutely.
5.
In the event my said wife shall fail to survive me for
a period of thirty (30) days from my death, then I give all

the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and
personal property, unto my wife's children, VELMA JEAN BOHN
and WILLIAM I. B. EVANS, absolutely. Should any of said
children predecease me, then I give', devise and bequeath his

In the event any issue of my wife's children shall be
entitled to a share of my:estate and they shall not have
attained the age of twenty-five (25) years at the time of
distribution, I give and devise such share unto FARMERS TRUST
COMPANY, Carlisle, Pa., in trust, to hold, manage, invest and
reinvest the same and to use and apply the income and so much
of the principal as my Trustee shall deem necessary in its
sole discretion for the support, maintenance and education of
such issue. All income shall be distributed by my Trustee to
said issue upon attaining the age of eighteen (18) years.
Any principal and income not distributed shall be distributed
to such issue when he or she attains the age of twenty-five (25)
years and if he or she dies before attaining the age of twenty-
five (25) years, the trust shall terminate and such share shall
be distributed to his or her personal representative.
7.
I hereby appoint my said wife, M. VIRGINIA BOLLINGER, as
Executrix of my estate. In the event my said wife shall be
unable or unwilling to serve in such capacity, then I appoint
FARMERS TRUST COMPANY, Carlisle, Pa., as such Executor and I
direct that my personal representatives shall employ the firm
of MARTSON and SNELBAKER as attorneys in the settlement of my
estate.

As to such tax that is paid within three months from date of death, a five (5%)
percent discount is allowable. As to any tax that remains unpaid after nine (9) months
(fifteen months when death occurred from December 22, 1965 to June 16, 1971, inclusive;
and twelve months when death occurred prior to December 22, 1965) from date of death,
interest at the rate of six (6%) percent per annum is charged.
Any party in interest who is aggrieved by this notice may object thereto within
sixty days after receipt of said notice as provided by Section 1001 of the Inheritance and
Estate Tax Act of 1961, 72 P. S. 2485-1001, P. L 373~
