Weyl, your petitioner, files this, her petition for Settlement of a Small Estate under the provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estate and Fiduciaries Code and in support thereof avers that: 1. Your Petitioner, Karen D. Weyl, is a competent adult residing at 370 Harvest Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and is the daughter of the above decedent. 2. Mabel I. Smith, mother of the petitioner died on June 1, 2005, at the age of 76 years (death certificate attached), but prior to that lived at 1065 J. Allendale Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. Mabel I. Smith died testate (copy of will attached). Her Will leaves her entire estate to Karen D. Weyl and names Karen D. Weyl her executrix. 4. Mabel I. Smith had no probate estate when she died other than the following: A. Funds held in account #00-2064-0160 by PNC Bank. ($5,263.22) B. Funds held by Joseph Barness and Son, The Barness Organization as refund deposit. ($282.08) Inc., d/b/a of security C. Funds held by Verizon as refund. ($4.49) D. Funds held by Reiman Publications as refund on cancelled subscriptions. ($13.32) E. Funds held by the Commonwealth of pennsylvania as rebate. ($172.20) 5. By terms of the will and by the terms of the intestate laws, Karen D. Weyl is entitled to the full amount of the funds in the above described account. 6. The petitioner avers that there are no creditors of the decedent and no claims unpaid known to the petitioner. WHEREFORE, the petitioner prays that an Order be make authorizing distribution of the following funds to Karen D. Weyl pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estate and Fiduciaries Code: A. Funds held in account #00-2064-0160 by PNC Bank. B. Funds held by Joseph Barness and Son, Inc., d/b/a The Barness Organization as refund of security deposit. C. Funds held by Verizon as refund. D. Funds held by Reiman publications as refund on cancelled subscriptions. E. Funds held by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as rebate.
