DECREE
NOW, TO WIT, this Lilly of ~ v6 .
,2005, in consideration of the
attached Petition, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that the Charitable Trust created
or to be created under the "Second Amendment to Trust Agreement" of Edith M. Weaver,
dated June 2,1988, is hereby terminated and the Trustee, PNC Advisors, is ordered to
distribute 2/3 of the principal dedicated to the said Charitable Trust, or $20,000.00, to Cove
Forge United Methodist Church, and 1/3 of the principal dedicated to the Charitable Trust,
or $10,000.00, to Hemy's Lutheran Church Cemetery, the said $10,000.00 to be used by

Hemy's Lutheran Church Cemetery for the maintenance of the cemetery.
